We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping our room spotlessly clean and providing us with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a wide range of dining options, including a bar/lounge area and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

the breakfast was perfect, the location was fab near tram station, the staff was delightful. i really enjoyed greek cuisine served here. warm room with lovely bed and a modern bathroom. they made my stay fantastic.

The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Daneyal, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding and hard to beat. The location along the promenade was ideal, with easy access to the tram station.
